KETO-LOCA® Fudgy brownies

These KETO-LOCA® fudgy brownies are simply irresistible! Rich, smooth, and perfectly fudgy - everything you want in a brownie, but with a keto-friendly twist. The best part? You can enjoy them guilt-free!

Ingredients

  • 20 gr almond flour
  • 50 gr of erythritol powder
  • 5 gr of baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 150 gr of peanut butter (or any other nut butter you prefer)
  • 15 gr of melted butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 100 grams of KETO-LOCA® Dark Chocolate
  • Some extra KETO-LOCA® Chocolate of your preference - chopped
  • A hand of chopped walnuts

Let's get baking!

  1. Preheat the oven on 175 °C and line a pan with parchment paper or grease it with butter or coconut oil.
  2. Melt the KETO-LOCA® Dark Chocolate in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently, until completely melted. Note: this process will be quicker and easier if you chop the chocolate bar first.
  3. Add all ingredients (except for the chopped chocolate) to a mixing bowl. Mix this through with a wisk, but not too long. Once everything is mixed, you're ready! 
  4. Spatula the chopped chocolate and walnuts to the batter and wisk gently.
  5. Then spatula the batter into the brownie baking tin.
  6. Bake the brownie for 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Then leave to cool outside the oven. Cut the brownie in pieces
