KETO-LOCA® White Chocolate Mousse

This keto white chocolate mousse is a rich and decadent sugar reduced dessert made with just TWO ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 250 g heavy cream
  • KETO-LOCA® White Chocolate

Get baking!

  1. Pour 250 g of the heavy cream into a microwave-safe bowl and heat for about a minute or until it starts to bubble.
  2. Add the KETO-LOCA® chocolate and gently whisk until the chips have thoroughly melted into the cream. Set aside for 10 minutes to cool.
  3. Add the remaining heavy cream to a stand mixer and beat until stiff peaks form. Carefully fold the chocolate mixture into the whipped cream.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl or dish, and chill in the fridge for at least an hour.
  5. Garnish with a few extra white chocolate pieces before serving.
