Chocolate peanut butter cookies are the best of both worlds. If you love soft chewy peanut butter cookies this chocolate version is for you!
Ingredients for about 12 biscuits
- 1 egg
- 70 gr almond flour
- 50 gr erythritol
- 175 gr peanut butter paste
- Peanuts, finely chopped
- 100 gr KETO-LOCA® Dark Chocolate
Get baking!
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Mix the egg, erythritol, almond flour and peanut butter in a bowl. Mix well to form a nice dough.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper. Take a baking tin for biscuits and fill with the dough. Place on the baking tray.
- Continue until the dough is used up.
- Place in the oven for about 15 to 20 min.Take out and leave to cool!
- Melt the KETO-LOCA® chocolate au-bain-marie.
- Dip half the biscuits in the chocolate and sprinkle with the chopped peanuts.
- Let the chocolate set.
