
KETO-LOCA® Latte-macchiato Waffles
Nothing tastier than freshly baked waffles.These are very easy to make and topped off with delicious KETO-LOCA® chocolate.
Ingredients for 7/8 waffles
- 100 gr almond flour
- 1/2 scoop
- 1 tbsp erythritol
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 50 ml latte macchiato
Topping
- 1 bar KETO-LOCA® Milk Chocolate
- Hazelnut crunch
Get baking!
- Mix the above ingredients in a bowl to make a nice batter.
- Heat the waffle iron, grease briefly, add batter and bake the waffles until golden brown.
- For the topping: melt the KETO-LOCA® chocolate au-bain-marie.
- Dip the waffles in, sprinkle with the hazelnut crunch.
