KETO-LOCA® Latte-macchiato Waffles

Nothing tastier than freshly baked waffles.These are very easy to make and topped off with delicious KETO-LOCA® chocolate.

Ingredients for 7/8 waffles

  • 100 gr almond flour 
  • 1/2 scoop
  • 1 tbsp erythritol 
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 50 ml latte macchiato 

Topping

  • 1 bar KETO-LOCA® Milk Chocolate
  • Hazelnut crunch 

Get baking!

  1. Mix the above ingredients in a bowl to make a nice batter.
  2. Heat the waffle iron, grease briefly, add batter and bake the waffles until golden brown.
  3. For the topping: melt the KETO-LOCA®  chocolate au-bain-marie.
  4. Dip the waffles in, sprinkle with the hazelnut crunch.
