KETO-LOCA® Granola & peanut butter balls
For a fun twist on granola, try these delicious granola balls with a blend of peanut butter and chocolate. A tasty and easy snack that's sure to satisfy!
Ingredients
- 220 gr of KETO-LOCA® Kickstart Granola & Dark Chocolate Drops
- 130 gr of peanut butter
- Optional: sweetener of your choice, to taste
- 100 gr of KETO-LOCA® Dark Chocolate
- 1/2 tsp of coconut oil
- Almonds & coconut shaving as a topping
Let's go!
- Melt the peanut butter in the microwave for 45 seconds. This will soften the peanut butter making it easier to combine with dry ingredients. Don't over-warm it.
- Add the Kickstart Granola in a large mixing bowl, mix in the sweetener if you like. Pour the liquid peanut butter onto the granola, combine with a spatula until it forms a sticky batter that you can easily shape into granola balls.
- Slightly grease your hands (with coconut oil), grab some dough and roll into granola balls.
- Place the ball on a plate that you have covered with parchement paper - this prevents the ball from sticking to the plate.
- Place the plate in the freezer for 10 minutes to firm up the granola balls.
- Melt the Dark Chocolate with the coconut oil.
- Remove the plate from the freezer.
- Dip the balls in the melted chocolate. Place the plate in the freezer again for 5 minutes for the chocolate to set.
- Top with an almond an some coconut shavings.
