KETO-LOCA® Granola & peanut butter balls

For a fun twist on granola, try these delicious granola balls with a blend of peanut butter and chocolate. A tasty and easy snack that's sure to satisfy!

Ingredients

Let's go!

  1. Melt the peanut butter in the microwave for 45 seconds. This will soften the peanut butter making it easier to combine with dry ingredients. Don't over-warm it.
  2. Add the Kickstart Granola in a large mixing bowl, mix in the sweetener if you like. Pour the liquid peanut butter onto the granola, combine with a spatula until it forms a sticky batter that you can easily shape into granola balls.
  3. Slightly grease your hands (with coconut oil), grab some dough and roll into granola balls.
  4. Place the ball on a plate that you have covered with parchement paper - this prevents the ball from sticking to the plate.
  5. Place the plate in the freezer for 10 minutes to firm up the granola balls.
  6. Melt the Dark Chocolate with the coconut oil.
  7. Remove the plate from the freezer.
  8. Dip the balls in the melted chocolate. Place the plate in the freezer again for 5 minutes for the chocolate to set.
  9. Top with an almond an some coconut shavings.
