KETO-LOCA® Coconut Bombs
These keto coconut protein balls are a tasty keto snack or dessert. A healthy snack recipe that tastes like coconut cake & takes only minutes!
Ingredients
- 50g peanut butter 100%
- 50g KETO-LOCA® White Chocolate
- 30g vanilla-flavored protein powder
- 1 teaspoon sweetener
- 30g shredded coconut
Get baking!
- Melt the KETO-LOCA® White Chocolate in a double boiler.
- In a food processor, add peanut butter, melted white chocolate, protein powder, and sweetener. Mix for about 4 minutes, to get a homogeneous mixture.
- Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Take a spoonful of dough at a time and shape into balls with your hands.
- Roll the balls in shredded coconut.
- The KETO-LOCA® Coconut Bombs are ready.
