KETO-LOCA® Coconut Bombs

These keto coconut protein balls are a tasty keto snack or dessert. A healthy snack recipe that tastes like coconut cake & takes only minutes! 

Ingredients

  • 50g peanut butter 100%
  • 50g KETO-LOCA® White Chocolate
  • 30g vanilla-flavored protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon sweetener
  • 30g shredded coconut

Get baking!

  1. Melt the KETO-LOCA® White Chocolate in a double boiler.
  2. In a food processor, add peanut butter, melted white chocolate, protein powder, and sweetener. 
Mix for about 4 minutes, to get a homogeneous mixture.
  3. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  4. Take a spoonful of dough at a time and shape into balls with your hands.
  5. Roll the balls in shredded coconut.
  6. The KETO-LOCA® Coconut Bombs are ready.
