KETO-LOCA® Avocado chocolate mousse

 Avocado Chocolate Mousse is a healthy dessert that's rich, decadent, and airy, just like the classic. It's vegan and refined-sugar-free, too!

Ingredients (4 servings): 

  • 2 very ripe avocados
  • 80 gr KETO-LOCA® Chocolate (Dark or Milk, depending on your preference)
  • 60 ml almond milk
  • 1-2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Toppings: raspberries, mint leave, whipped cream...

Let's go!

  1. Melt the chocolate in the micro-wave or au bain-marie.
  2. In a food processor or high-speed blender, combine avocados, the melted chocolate, almond milk, vanilla extract and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes, stopping as needed to scrape down the sides.
  3. Divide the mousse equally into four bowls or jars, and chill for at least one hour to get a more mousse-like consistency.
  4. Serve mousse with the toppings of your preference, if desired.
