KETO-LOCA® Almond peanut butter cookies
Deliciously crunchy peanut butter biscuits without too many carbs? Try these low-carb simple peanut butter biscuits!
Ingredients for 8 pieces
- 100 gr almond flour
- 125 gr 100% peanut butter
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Optional: 30 gr sweetener of choice
- 1/2 bar KETO-LOCA® Chocolate of choice
- Optional: Handful of hazelnuts
Get baking!
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
- Take a baking tray and line it with baking paper.
- Heat the coconut oil and peanut butter until melted.
- Mix the dry ingredients and add the melted peanut butter and coconut oil.
- Let this rest for 15 min and then make 8 balls of the dough. Press the balls flat with a fork for a nice relief.
- Bake for 10 min at 175 degrees.
- Let it cool down. Meanwhile, melt the keto chocolate.
- Spread this over the biscuits, top with hazelnuts and take a bite!
