KETO-LOCA® Almond peanut butter cookies

Deliciously crunchy peanut butter biscuits without too many carbs? Try these low-carb simple peanut butter biscuits! 

Ingredients for 8 pieces

  • 100 gr almond flour
  • 125 gr 100% peanut butter
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Optional: 30 gr sweetener of choice
  • 1/2 bar KETO-LOCA® Chocolate of choice
  • Optional: Handful of hazelnuts

Get baking!

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
  2. Take a baking tray and line it with baking paper.
  3. Heat the coconut oil and peanut butter until melted.
  4. Mix the dry ingredients and add the melted peanut butter and coconut oil.
  5. Let this rest for 15 min and then make 8 balls of the dough. Press the balls flat with a fork for a nice relief.
  6. Bake for 10 min at 175 degrees.
  7. Let it cool down. Meanwhile, melt the keto chocolate.
  8. Spread this over the biscuits, top with hazelnuts and take a bite!
